Services Company -

Global Talent Strategy

Business need: Three years ago two companies in financial services merged, which meant that it was necessary to align the way the workforce was developed to create consistency.

Outcome: To achieve this consistency, Sophie Kenos designed and executed a global talent development framework for over 48,000 employees as well as implemented a leadership and management strategy for the company’s growth centre in India.

Accenture -

Human Capital Strategy

Business need: In order to reach aggressive targets on revenue and growth for Accenture’s three to five year business strategy, Accenture needed help with forming a commercially applicable program for talent management and retention.

Outcome: Sophie Kenos partnered with senior leadership teams in 11 countries to develop strategic people plans. These plans included quantifying future workforce compositions, sourcing global talent pools, assessing external human capital trends and evaluating internal human capital processes in order to improve business performance. In doing so, this helped Accenture achieve their expansion ambitions by aligning their business strategy with their Human Capital Strategy.

KPMG -

Leadership Development

Business need: KPMG needed to build strength across the senior management teams in the UK.

Outcome: Sophie Kenos created a Leadership competency framework as well as developed and implemented a new Leadership Development program for KPMG in the UK. The system built is still being used after 6 years and is currently providing people with the skills and knowledge they require.
